Privacy policy
How browsing, local enquiry drafts and separately sent correspondence are handled.
1. The visual portfolio and its publisher
This is the social-media visual design portfolio of Priscilla Marie Perez, published by the individual PRISCILLA MARIE PEREZ. Its identification address is 1934 Olive Ave, Atwater, CA 95301, United States; the public enquiry route uses [email protected]. This notice covers the pages and their local draft tool, rather than a social network account or a campaign management platform. You do not have to sign in, purchase a subscription or connect an advertising account to see the original studies. A separate engagement may need additional arrangements for its own source files and contact records.
2. Details supplied in a first message
The request form asks for your name, reply email, optional company or project name, selected area of interest and a short outline. Following a project link may carry an item value into the page address to preserve that subject. The form does not request social logins, advertising credentials, card data, follower lists or uploads. Keep the outline relevant to the design task. It is possible to describe a campaign’s purpose and formats without sharing private account access or information about individual members of an audience.
3. Local preview and your email software
The page script turns completed fields into a visible draft and an email link. It does not automatically send the message or write a record to a website database. If you choose to open the link, your own email application handles the next step under its settings. You still decide whether to send. Drafts, synced mail and sent copies in that application are separate from the browser preview. The page cannot confirm successful delivery or that the freelancer has read or accepted your enquiry.
4. What an enquiry conversation is for
A message actually received can be used to understand the proposed visual direction, channels, formats and scope, ask questions and discuss a possible engagement. The initial form is not a way to enrol an audience in a campaign or obtain permission to use someone’s photograph. Do not include identifiable customer or follower records merely to describe a design need. If later work involves personal images, contributor information or access to shared files, the parties should agree an appropriate handling method for that specific purpose.
5. Traffic and delivery information
Viewing a graphic or a page sends technical requests through the infrastructure serving the portfolio. Source IP, requested resource, time and browser or connection characteristics can be involved. Cloudflare delivers and protects the site and may add email-address protection, network error reporting and traffic or performance analytics. These provider features are separate from the authored enquiry preview. The visible site does not prove every logging or retention setting of those providers, and this policy therefore does not claim completely anonymous browsing or absence of all technical records.
6. Local artwork and browser behaviour
Concept artwork, typography and the interaction script are loaded from the portfolio’s own folders. There is no embedded feed, external video player, share widget, advertising-account connector or file uploader in the authored pages. The form code sets no cookie of its own and writes no local or session storage. Browsers can still remember information through caching, autofill, history or session restoration. Use the browser’s controls to inspect or clear those records. Closing the page and clearing a sent email are different actions affecting different copies.
7. Independent providers and message delivery
Opening or sending a draft relies on mail services chosen outside the website. Those providers, together with the recipient’s email system, apply their own service terms and information-handling practices. Hosting and network security providers also process the requests needed to serve the pages and may operate across countries. The authored form does not add your details to a social platform or send them to an advertising audience. A public notice cannot certify every independent provider’s internal records or promise that all processing occurs only at the footer address.
8. Retention, removal and particular records
No separate store of enquiries is created by the local preview tool. If you send a message, copies can remain in mail folders, backups or a subsequent project record for different purposes. A fixed deletion schedule for every such copy has not been established here. For a question about retained correspondence or a removal request, identify the relevant exchange through [email protected]. An answer should consider the particular records, the purpose they still serve and any applicable obligation, rather than promising instant deletion from systems outside the professional’s control.
9. Rights, questions and complaints
Depending on the applicable law and the processing involved, you may have rights to access or correct information, request erasure or restriction, object to a use or obtain a portable copy. A complaint to the competent data protection authority may also be available. Use the published contact route to explain a request and identify the message concerned. There is no need to attach an identity document just to browse the portfolio. Where identity confirmation is reasonably needed for a later request, its purpose and appropriate method should be explained separately.
10. Sharing carefully and keeping this notice current
Initial messages should exclude passwords, private financial material, confidential audience datasets and personal information about children. The portfolio is intended for discussion of design work; it does not create child accounts or run an online contest. Use an account and device you trust and check the draft recipient before sending. Absolute online security is not promised. The notice is dated 2 November 2026 and should be revised when the actual site functions change. A later project’s permissions and confidentiality arrangements are not silently created by viewing this policy.
