Portfolio disclaimer
What the independent examples show, and what they do not establish.
1. A visual design portfolio
Priscilla Marie Perez, using the responsible identity PRISCILLA MARIE PEREZ at 1934 Olive Ave, Atwater, CA 95301, United States, presents original social media design studies. The pages help a visitor explore message hierarchy and formats before discussing a brief. They do not operate an advertising account, place paid media or promise to manage a campaign. A specific engagement needs its own scope, rights and commercial terms. These portfolio explanations are concerned with design choices and should not be treated as proof that all supporting content has been cleared for an unrelated real-world use.
2. Concept brands and messages
Citrus Club, Make a Move and Little Things are fictional briefs. Their titles, dates, slogans and product references belong to independently created examples, rather than live client campaigns. No event is being booked and no stationery stock is being sold through their artwork. The studies do not establish customer endorsements, an existing professional history or measured social results. Any similar name outside the portfolio should not be interpreted as an affiliation. Read the project notes for the particular visual question each composition explores.
3. Performance is not established by appearance
A recognisable graphic series can be a design objective without proving reach, engagement, leads or revenue. This website provides no measured campaign outcomes for its concepts. Independent platforms decide their own policies, formats and approvals; the portfolio cannot guarantee that a future graphic will be accepted or displayed unchanged. Copy and imagery used in real work need appropriate factual and permissions review. A mockup with an attractive composition is not evidence that a product claim is substantiated or an audience has consented to a use.
4. Formats, licences and source material
Different interfaces can crop, compress or overlay content, and their specifications can change. Check the intended publishing formats and safe areas for an actual engagement. A completed source file and a portfolio image are different deliverables to agree. External fonts, photographs, logos and software can carry separate permissions or costs. The public examples do not grant every possible commercial reuse right or clear rights in material supplied later. Responsibility for final review and publication should be assigned before the artwork is relied on in a real campaign.
5. Limits of the enquiry interface
The project tool previews a message and creates a link to your email application; it does not send automatically. Opening that application is not confirmation that a message was delivered, read or accepted as an order. No checkout, deposit or account setup occurs on the page. Connection and rendering depend on independent hosting, network and browser conditions. Report a problem using the relevant page and necessary context, without transmitting credentials or private follower records. The contact route is not a guaranteed response time or commitment to every request.
6. How to read the policies together
Dated 2 November 2026, this notice describes the portfolio and examples as published. Read the Terms for website use, Privacy for the draft and provider workflow, and Cancellations and refunds for the difference between browsing and a commissioned project. A later paid engagement requires its own agreement and remains subject to applicable law, including mandatory protections. For a question about reproducing a study or discussing a new visual direction, identify the relevant example when contacting [email protected]; permission and scope should be explicit rather than presumed from public access.
